Terms and Conditions

You must be legally capable of entering a contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed your account. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraud, unlawful activity, automated scraping, or resale contrary to a product listing or publisher terms.

We sell licence keys and codes for digital products. A key grants the right described in its product listing and is also subject to the relevant platform or publisher terms. We do not sell ownership of the game, platform, artwork, or other intellectual property.

Check the product, edition, platform, activation method, language, and region before paying. A key restricted to a particular region or platform may not work elsewhere.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. Before payment, we recheck price and availability. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment succeeds and we confirm the order or make the key available, whichever happens first.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, the price or listing contains an obvious error, the payment cannot be verified, or fraud or legal controls require it. If we have taken payment for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices are displayed in euros unless the website clearly states otherwise. The final total is shown before you authorize payment. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or account charges under its own terms.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive your complete card number or payment-account password.

Keys are supplied electronically after successful payment, normally through your account order page and by email. Availability, review, or technical checks can delay delivery. Read our Delivery Policy for the full process.

At checkout, you may ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that a statutory cancellation right may end once supply begins. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for a key that is faulty, invalid, or materially different from its description.

The circumstances and evidence needed for a refund are explained in our Refund Policy.

Do not publish, share, duplicate, tamper with, or attempt to redeem a key on multiple accounts. We may suspend access while investigating chargebacks, attempted fraud, sanctions concerns, or misuse. We will not use this clause to avoid fulfilling a valid order or providing a remedy required by law.

We take reasonable care to keep product and website information accurate. Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside our reasonable control. We may correct errors and update listings, but a change will not reduce rights you already have under an accepted order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits mandatory consumer rights. We are responsible for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

We are not responsible for loss caused by your use of an incompatible platform or region that was clearly disclosed before purchase, by your breach of platform terms, or by events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in the place where you live.

We may update these terms for future use and orders. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
